Payroll Solutions
GPW have been providing fully financed payroll solutions to our clients for many years.
Our clients range from small start up companies to blue chip organisations. They use our service for a number of reasons including cost savings with software, employee costs to run their own payroll office, and streamlining of their business on core revenue generating tasks.
There are two distinct aspects to a payroll service:
Payroll of Temporary Workers
Many clients choose this option when they have an operational need for someone to cover a particular project or peak in workload. This can range from a couple of days, to weeks or months. Whatever the reason or duration our clients find it easier to use the GPW Temporary Worker payroll facility than having to set up the temporary worker on their own payroll system.
All GPW need in order to set up a candidate up onto the payroll facility is a name and contact number, we will do the rest from:
- Initial contact and introduction to an Account Manager.
- Issue of a contract and timesheets.
- Face to face meeting (time permitting).
- Weekly payroll financed by GPW.
- Issue of payslips to the candidate.
- Maintaining contact with the candidate to ensure things are running smoothly.
- Weekly or monthly invoicing depending on client request.
Payroll of Permanent Employees
GPW also offers a fully financed payroll solution for permanent employees. Clients who utilise this service essentially take advantage of our fully outsourced service which means GPW become the payroll department on behalf of our client.
Our focus on the local market place means we are never more than half an hour away from your site. GPW will provide a professional, confidential, accurate, reliable and friendly service with a view to developing a long-term relationship you are both confident and comfortable with.
GPW Payroll Services offer the following:
Allocation of a dedicated GPW payroll service to your account. A face to face introduction will be arranged to encourage good communication channels and to build positive working relationships and the set up the payroll facility.
Payslips
GPW Recruitment will arrange for Payslips to be printed with your company logo visible. On a Tuesday after data entry of hours / work cycle is complete, payslips will then be printed for all employees and posted directly to their home addresses via first class post. Candidates should then receive their payslips by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest depending on the postal service.
Payment
GPW Recruitment will then finance the Employees Net weekly wage payment directly into candidate bank accounts by BACS transfer. Payment by cheque will be made available to those employees who do not have a bank account. All statutory payments to HMRC etc will be made by GPW on behalf of your company, again saving you time and money.
Documentation
GPW will manage the production of all documents including P45's, P35's, P46 (car), P6's, etc and end of year tax returns P 11's, P 14 / P60's, etc.
Reports
GPW will prepare weekly, monthly and any other 'year to date' summary reports for
presentation to you on a weekly basis.
Other elements within the service include:
- Management of repayment of Student Loans and other attachments.
- Management of Payment / calculation of Tax Credits.
- Management of redundancy payments.
- All communication with HM Revenue and Customs in relation to Employee Queries.
