Whether you decide to utilise the recruitment services of GPW or not, we are able to provide a facility for applicants to your internal vacancies on a confidential basis.

You may be looking for somebody to replace a candidate within delicate circumstances or you may wish to reduce the possibility of other internal staff seeing applicant details coming through. Whatever the reason, GPW Recruitment are able to provide a location for applicants to respond in a completely confidential manner away from your site.

We will then acknowledge receipt of the applicant, compile advertised response and summarise the spread of applicants for you. Once your recruitment process is complete we will then notify any unsuccessful applicants that the position is closed without ever divulging your company details.

This service is more common for senior or executive appointments.
