Manufacturing & Engineering: Sourcing of high calibre manufacturing and engineering personnel across a broad range of industries on a temporary or permanent basis.

Engineering is a highly skilled and qualified profession and to successfully climb the career ladder will require extensive training and experience.

Although there is no defined route into the profession, many Engineers begin their training after school, either through further education or an apprenticeship. Some continue to University level to gain an Engineering Degree or a Post Graduate qualification.
